This year, I am turning 60. As I reflect on this « momentous » birthday, my thoughts keep returning to the Eastern Province of Zambia. I will never forget the vibrant energy of the students I met in Chipata - their potential is limitless, but their path is often difficult.

I am dedicating my 60th birthday to the CFUW International Service Project supported by the Stephen Lewis Foundation Young Healthy Happy Safe initiative. By helping these young people stay in school and discouraging child marriage, we are giving them the future they deserve.

I’m hoping to raise $600 to mark this new decade ($60/year). Your contribution, no matter the size, would be the greatest gift I could receive.
